| Honorary Council
The Honorary Council proposed by the Management to ratify by the Members General Meeting for a term of 3 years. The Honorary Council has the tasks:
- giving its opinion on the interpretation of BAPMI's rules and Articles of Association upon the Management's request;
- formulating the Code of Conduct for its ratification in the Members General Meeting;
- examines any complaints with respect to any alleged violation against the Code of Conduct; and
- giving a punishment to Arbitrator/Mediator proved to have committed violation against the Code of Conduct.
The requirements to be a member of Honorary Council:
- minimum 35 years old;
- having hands-on experience and proficient in his/her field related to capital market for at least 15 years;
- not being banned/restricted from performing specific actions in capital market;
- never been convicted for committing any crimes or criminal offenses by a final court verdict;
- understanding and familiar with capital market regulations;
- have strong commitment to BAPMI and Indonesian capital market development.
