Costs & Fees

Each of controversies referred to BAPMI's Binding Opinion shall be subject to the costs and fee stipulated by BAPMI:

1. Registration Cost:
this cost shall have been fully paid at the time request for the Binding Opinion is submitted to BAPMI.

2. Examination Costs:
these costs will be calculated based on the real expenses incurred during case examination process, such as: rent of hearing room, transportation cost and accommodation for experties. The costs shall be paid before the examination began.

3. Service Fee:
this is a fee for using BAPMI's Binding Opinion service. This fee shall be paid by the parties before BAPMI issued the Binding Opinion. The amount of fee is determined based on mutually agreed by the parties and BAPMI referring to the complexity of the controversy or to the sum of claim.

Costs and fee of Binding Opinion shall be borned by the both parties with proportion agreed between both parties, and shall be paid by bank transfer to the account designated by BAPMI.
