Issuing of Opinion

BAPMI, at the latest of 30 workdays as of the commencement date of the examination, issue the Binding Opinion in writing signed by the Chairman of BAPMI. The Binding Opinion sent to the Parties by registered mail, not in the hearing forum.

The nature of BAPMI's Binding Opinion is final and binding to the Parties, there is no appeal. The Binding Opinion executes within 30 days as of the issuing date. Any action against to the Binding Opinion deemed as a breach of contract.

If any party fails to comply to the Binding Opinion, then:

1. such action will be deemed as a breach of contract;
2. the interested party may submit a notification thereon in writing to the management of its association;
3. the association may send a photocopy of such notification to the Indonesia Capital Market Supervisory Agency and to any associations.
