Process

After the acceptation of request of Binding Opinion, the BAPMI's Management starts to examine all of related agreements and documents submitted by the parties. If necessary, the Management can do:

1. request to the parties to submit additional related documents;
2. request to the parties for hearing; and
3. request to an expert explanation.

BAPMI's Rules and Procedures determined that the process of Binding Opinion will be carried out for 30 workdays and confidential in nature.
