Settlement Agreement

In the event that at the Mediation process the parties have reached a settlement of the dispute, then such settlement must define in a settlement agreement signed by the parties. The settlement agreement resulted from Mediation shall be final and binding to the parties.

The settlement agreement must registered by BAPMI to the registrar of relevant District Court within 30 days as of its signed, and must executed at the latest period of 30 days after registration.

If any Party fails to comply, or does not execute the settlement agreement within the said period, then:

1. such action will be deemed as a breach of contract;
2. the interested party may submit a notification in writing to his/her/its association;
3. his/her/its association may send a photocopy of the said notification to the Capital Market Supervisory Agency and the opposite party's association.
